One-time registration charges (Educator ₹899, Institution ₹3,999) are non-refundable once the account is activated, as they unlock lifetime access to the platform. If activation fails, the full amount is refunded.
You can cancel a monthly subscription anytime; you will not be billed for the next cycle. Refunds for the current month are available on a pro-rata basis if fewer than 2 sessions have been attended.
One-time topic classroom unlocks are refundable within 3 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the content.
Email refunds@teachin.co.in with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not available for classrooms cancelled by a student after significant attendance, or where platform terms have been breached. We review each case fairly.
