Posting is free on every one of them. Unlocking a teacher's contact details is what counts against a quota, and each unlock is written as a row so the count can be audited.
See the packages in fullTeachers who have not chosen to be found. A profile is absent from every query a school can reach until that teacher switches "open to join" on — not dimmed, absent. Paying more does not reveal anybody; it changes placement, never visibility.
